Reservation Information

Advance reservations are required and a cancellation / refund policy does apply which is listed below. There are no refunds with less than 72 hours notice for Trishuli & Seti Rivers and no refunds with less than one-week notice for Kaligandaki, Bhotekoshi, Marshyangdi and Sunkoshi and 2 weeks is necessary for Arun, Tamor and Karnali River trips. A more detailed policy will be included with reservation confirmations.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds, Cancellations or rescheduling for any River trips will only be honored when received in writing. Rescheduling fee is $20. Cancellation more than 30 days prior to your trip date, there is a 100US$ per reservation handling fee for groups of 10 or more, a 20% handling fee from 30 to 15 days prior to trip date will be charged. No refunds will be provided as mentioned above on the reservation information. We do not issue credits or refunds for NO SHOWS!
