Kayak Clinic:
Whitewater
rafting and kayaking are among the most challenging adventures
that you can experience in a lifetime. Wild water's beginner
kayaking instruction introduces you to the techniques needed
to begin this exciting sport of white water kayaking. Paddle
strokes and boat maneuvering will be practiced on flat water.
After
you have mastered the basics, it's time to learn advanced
techniques in the beginner / intermediate course.
You will be given the opportunity to fine tune basic paddling
skills and to build confidence maneuvering in Class II whitewater.
The art of "playing" rapids will be introduced and
beginner kayakers will be instructed in the "Eskimo Roll".
At the intermediate level you will move on to more advanced
techniques needed to run bigger whitewater. Development
of reliable braces and a whitewater roll may be practiced
on Class II-III rapids.

a more intensive course on a higher level of whitewater or
expedition over different rivers in Nepal is desired, please
contact our office for more information. Kayaking instruction
conducted at Trishuli and Seti Rivers and expeditions carried
out on Arun River, Tamor River, Bhotekoshi River, Kaligandaki
River and Marshyangdi River.
Your
course includes the instructor, kayaking equipment, and lunch.
Rock
Climbing and Rappelling:
Whitewater
rafting in conjunction with our rock climbing instruction
is one of the most challenging adventures that you can experience.
Wild water's climbing instruction is designed to introduce
the participant to the basic techniques needed to enjoy this
outdoor adventure. Participants learn about the equipment,
knots, safety, and climbing and rappelling techniques. The
instructor's set-up rope belay anchors for a variety of climbs
that challenge every individual. All climbing instruction
is conducted on the challenging Rivers as mentioned above.
